Featured Banners: center app name and description labels

Tobias Bernard requested to merge bertob/gnome-software:center-banner-text into master

This is part of a wider initiative to make the banners look nicer and scale better (see #896 (closed)). The centering breaks some banners a bit, but this will be fixed in follow-up MRs.

This also makes the app name ultra bold to fix #894 (closed)
