Improve uninstall UX

If you are uninstalling an app there's a fairly long gap after it uninstalls (often longer than it actually takes to uninstall) where you get no visual feedback, while gnome-software is determining whether the app is available to reinstall or not. This keeps the spinner spinning while that is happening and implements a few minor visual improvements.
