general: update pages and dialogs to use the new AdwSpinner
Version 1.6.* of libadwaita introduces the AdwSpinner to replace the GtkSpinner.
This mr aims to update most of (if not all) the pages and dialogs to the new AdwSpinner widget. For that to happen the libadwaita requirement has to be bumped to 1.6.0.
Would help to resolve the issue #2616.
