context-dialogs: Separate each section into its own AdwPreferencesGroup and use AdwButtonRow

In storage-context-dialog, hardware-support-context-dialog and age-rating-context-dialog, just like in safety-context-dialog (422d684d).

Also, port the "How to contribute missing information" to AdwButtonRow and add a mnemonic to it. This design change was approved in !1998 (comment 2099445)
