gs-plugin-loader: Bump review result count from 20 to 50

Sid requested to merge sid/gnome-software:increase-review-count-to-50 into main

We bump review count as per #2290 (comment 2030925).

Existing apps for which reviews are already cached in ~/.cache/gnome-software/odrs will still show 20 reviews. Once the cached review expires after the 1 week period, 20 reviews will be replaced with <= 50 reviews.
