gs-context-dialog: Fix Orca not reading any rows

Widgets need to be focusable in order to Orca read them, so remove "focusable=false" from all rows in gs-context-dialog.

This also stops the dialog contents being scrolled to the bottom and AdwButtonRow being focused with no user interaction.
