gs-os-update: Use AdwPreferencesPage:description property
requested to merge automerisnaranja/gnome-software:adwpreferencespage-description-gs-os-update-page into main
Doing so, it won't be necessary to use an AdwPreferencesGroup just to show the description. Also, this fixes a gap large than usual showing between the description and the page contents.
