Change confusing translation for "Restart & upgrade" dialog

Lukáš Kotek requested to merge lkotek/gnome-software:restart-and-upgrade-translation-fix into main

"Restart & Upgrade" is translated the same way as "Restart & Update" in case of Czech localization. This might be confusing for users seeing the same confirmation dialog for upgrade of the system, and installation of regular updates at the same time.

This MR changes translation of "Restart & Upgrade" to "Restartovat a povýšit na novou verzi" as the same terminology for upgrade is already used multiple time accross the Czech localization.
