gnome-software: Fix loading indicators not aligned vertically
Potential fix to the issue of loading indicators not being vertically centered in the gs-updates-page and gs-details-page.
Add bottom-margin seems to align the indicators to the center.
It's a rather brute-force approach to the problem.
