gs-screenshot-carousel: Rename "No Screenshot" to "No Screenshots"
Small follow-up from !1601 (merged)
The screenshot carousel can show more than one screenshot, so this change rename the status page title to "No Screenshots".
Also, this change drops the period from the rows descriptions, as periods aren't necessary in phrases written as a complete sentence, see https://developer.gnome.org/hig/guidelines/writing-style.html
