Change "application" to "app"
Several places in the Software UI use the words "app" and "application", creating a lot of inconsistency.
This MR changes "application" to "app" in the strings, since app is the standard term nowadays. Also, this will make GNOME in mobile devices to align better with other mobile OSes.
