When the app changes during the initial load, the addons section could still show the previous app's addons. Let the whole Addons section be updated inside the refresh_all(), rather than just show/hide it. Similarly cover reviews on the app change during the initial load.

Non-trivial backport of !1081 (merged) to gnome-41. It might need a bit of closer review; there were conflicts, which I’ve resolved and tested. Switching between the RPM and flatpak sources of OBS Studio shows the addons for flatpak and not for RPM.
