style: Fix background of ‘Work’ category button

Philip Withnall requested to merge pwithnall/gnome-software:work-category-button-css into main

The CSS for the background doesn’t seem to work correctly with GTK4. While that’s being investigated in gtk#4324 (closed) (since it might be a GTK issue or an issue with the gnome-software CSS), put a workaround in place which seems to fix the issue.
