Backport !1016 “flatpak: Use remote title as the GsApp name” to gnome-41

The remote title is used as a summary, but it should be used also as a name, thus it's shown in the Repositories dialog, the same as it's shown for the RPM and other repositories.

Trivial backport of !1016 (merged) to gnome-41.
