rpm-ostree: Register as a client with the daemon
... so that the rpm-ostree daemon knows that it needs to stay alive and
not exit.
Why? Since gnome-software also stays around forever, this breaks the optimization we were trying to make of freeing up RAM when the daemon isn't being used.
The whole idea is that you should be able to RegisterClient
only when you want to make a change.
Or is this for monitoring for changes?
