Per plugin settings for auto-updates
Gnome-software provides capabilities to install and update applications and update system across many different OSes using different backends for package/image distribution/installation (RPM, DEB, flatpak, rpm-ostree, ...). With expanding popularity of flatpaks it became common to use multiple of those backends on single system. Those systems would benefit from being able to enable/disable auto-updates (or even set them for different times) for each backend.
For example as a user I may want flatpaks updated regularly but system upgrades scheduled less often or only manually run to have greater control on possible system downtime. This is even bigger issue on rpm-ostree based systems where system upgrades are applied only during power cycle. So it doesn't make sense to have it updated daily if I know I'll reboot only once a week and so on.
