Improve usability with clearer search system status
Currently, interacting with search starts with the user seeing the search app command, and the initiated state shows two active tabs on the same level of visual hierarchy.
there are two issues with this
- The search command does not tell users it is a global search
- The dual active state also reinforces that the search is a local search instead of a global search
This design below solves this by replacing the previous command with a more encompassing "search apps, codecs, fonts, etc. Also, the previous active state is deactivated immediately when search is initiated.
