Do not suppress automatic updates in low power mode
Hi, currently GNOME Software doesn't automatically check for or download updates when the system is in power saving mode. This seems like a bad idea because updates are critical, and users are likely to keep their computers permanently in power saving mode to maximize battery life. That Software stops checking for updates is an unexpected side effect which users do not expect.
Although automatically checking for and downloading updates does use extra power, I highly doubt it's going to have a significant impact on battery life. The impact should generally be minimal. It would be better to just always do it.
