"Community Built" text implies that people aren't paid to work on open source
Running GNOME Software 46.x on Fedora 39. On the details page, if an app uses an open license, it states:
The "community of volunteers" part isn't always accurate. Many open source projects have paid contributors, yet it makes it sound like every project is staffed solely by unpaid volunteers.
This potentially matters if someone is paying to use the software in question - they are essentially paying for developers to be employed on the software they are using, yet it sounds like everyone works on it for free. Where's their money going?
