After uninstalling one package with several entries in "Installed" list, all related entries should be removed
I had "gtk4-devel-tools" package installed from rpm. It added several entries to "Installed applications" list in GNOME Software, e.g. "GTK Icon Browser", "GTK Node Editor" and few others. Removing one of those applications from GNOME Software, keeps all other related applications listed, as if they are still installed. But clicking "Uninstall..." results in error message:
It would be great if GNOME Software could manage such relations between packages and after removing parent package, all related entries would be removed. Not sure, if it would be possible to display an additional notification for user, that their action will cause removal of several applications at once, but it would be very helpful.
What Linux distribution are you using, and what kind of package (RPM, deb, flatpak, etc.) are you experiencing the problem with? Fedora Linux 39 (Workstation Edition) GNOME 45.1 GNOME Software 45.1
