Software accidentally removes Disk Usage Analyzer when uninstalling GNOME Photos
Affected version
gnome-software-45.0-1.fc39.x86_64
Steps to reproduce
- Install Fedora 38 Workstation and update it
- Open Software and go to the Installed section
- Start removing several core apps, but keep Disk Usage Analyzer/Baobab
Seen behavior
Software will accidentally remove Baobab. When you go to Baobab app page, the "Open" button is gone and only a "Uninstall" button appears:
Attempting to remove Baobab shows a message that says baobab-44.0-1.fc38.x86_x64 is not already installed
.
Here's the log: gnome-software.log
I also recorded a screencast. Issue shows at 02:41:
