Better utilise real estate on HiDPI displays

Please describe the issue you’re experiencing:
Recently started using Gnome, and noticed when I maximize Gnome Software it's terrible at using the screen real estate. Not sure on the best way to improve it, but in my opinion it should definitely use at least double the real estate. For instance; it would be cool to see more of the description of each app.
What Linux distribution are you using, and what kind of package (RPM, deb, flatpak, etc.) are you experiencing the problem with?
Debian 12, Gnome Software 43.4.
