Add GS_PLUGIN_RULE_BETTER_THAN "rpm-ostree" to Flatpak plugin
The Flatpak plugin has a call:
gs_plugin_add_rule (plugin, GS_PLUGIN_RULE_BETTER_THAN, "packagekit");
It would make sense to add:
gs_plugin_add_rule (plugin, GS_PLUGIN_RULE_BETTER_THAN, "rpm-ostree");
Since if a Flatpak is better than an RPM installed by packagekit, it is definitely better than an RPM installed layered on a rpm-ostree distribution.
Note:
- This will not currently be honored because of #1940 (closed)
- This is mostly noticeable on current releases of GNOME Software because of #1932 (closed) - once that fix is in place, this usually won't matter since most rpm-ostree GsApps will be hidden. (See #655 (closed)) I still think it would be good practice to fix this.
