Description
Trying to install the XPS 13 9360 System Update through gnome-software fails.
- Clicking "Install" does nothing
- Clicking "Install All" says a restart is required to install updates, however, restarting does not install updates.
- Running
sudo fwupdmgr update
reveals the problem, giving the message "failed to prepare for update upower: Cannot install update when not on AC power" - Plugging the computer in and restarting successfully installs the firmware update
Suggestion: Display a warning when the user tries to install firmware updates when not on AC power
