How to update to latest version, when stuck on 3.20.5, in Xubuntu 16.04LTS?
The title says it all, How to update to latest version, when stuck on 3.20.5, in Xubuntu 16.04LTS?
I have been told by your support team that several of the 3.20.5's issues that I'm experiencing has been solved years ago, but the version I have has never been updated when the rest of the software on the computer updates.
So I ask How to update to latest version, when stuck on 3.20.5, in Xubuntu 16.04LTS - without breaking my current setup?
I have synaptics and ubuntu software center installed.
my version of Linux is Peach OSI TW 16.04LTS 64bit. Running on Thinkpad X300.
I'm not really good at terminal commands, so if I need to do anything there it has to be explained as to a noob.
Thank you
Jan
