extensionPrefs: Support uninstalling user extensions

Florian Müllner requested to merge fmuellner/gnome-shell:extensions-uninstall into master

This is the follow-up of !956 (merged) (and includes those commits).

After the first merge request focused on the app/window, this one adjusts the extension rows to the new mockups and implements uninstallation support.

Updates support will be added in a follow-up merge request.
