WIP: Reduce height of network modal dialog for better visual consistency
Design proposal to reduce proportions for .nm-dialog and .nm-dialog-item. The heights were shortened to better match other modal-dialogs for congruency, to create a more balanced appearance.

Posted as WIP, as values are not final and can be adjusted. For instance, upon activation of 'Airplane mode' there is enough space to fit all content, but could do with more space, therefore height could be further increased.
