Add Terminal and System Monitor shortcuts to background menu.

This commit adds two shortcuts to the background menu: System Monitor and Terminal. I believe this change will make it easier to quickly get going into a terminal emulator (this commit uses gnome-terminal, but it can be changed to Console if needed) and quickly access the System Monitor app, if something goes awry
