screenshot: Add keyboard shortcut hints
This change adds keyboard shorcut hints to the button tooltips from the screenshot UI, improving a11y and the discoverability of these shortcuts.

Alternatively, there could be a button to open the "Screenshots and screencasts" next to the "Show Pointer" button. There are other kdb shortcuts such as Alt+PrtScr which can't be listed using tooltips.
