workspaceAnimation: Add gesture feedback when reached the first or last workspace

Alessandro Bono requested to merge abono/gnome-shell:wip/abono/swipe-workspace-bump into main

When we already are in the first/last workspace and we try to swipe left/right nothing happens. Provide a feedback and allow to drag the workspace a little anyway. The gesture will bump back to the initial workspace when completed.

This is the same feature proposed in !2537 but for the gesture.
