altTab: Fixes altTab breaking when window is null

Markus W. requested to merge mw-gnome/gnome-shell:3456-alt-tab-thunderbird-window-fix into main

For some reason Thunderbird leaves behind dangling windows after sending an email. altTab code is not able to deal with such null windows and crashes. This change works around the issue by not using the null window during altTab. The root issue of null windows remaining is not fixed by this change.
