Bugfixes and improvements for switcherPopup

  • bug fixes for minor scrolling bugs appearing with lots of open windows
  • disabling hover during scroll-selection
  • select the right item and fix mouse selection after item was removed
  • fix fallout from actorization that broke scroll-selection
