Bluetooth drop down in quick settings partially overlaps icons under it

Bug summary
If you go to the quick settings and click on the drop down to show the bluetooth devices it partially overlaps the icons below it. This only happens if you open the drop down when bluetooth is not enabled and you open the drop down. The issue also exists on gnome 45.
Steps to reproduce
- Open quick settings.
- Turn off bluetooth (if it isn't).
- Click on the drop down arrow on the right side.
What happened
The drop down opens up but overlaps the bottom icons.
What did you expect to happen
The drop down should not overlap the icons below it like any other drop down in gnome.
