Bug summary
Icons are too small when the desktop is scaled to 200% (see screenshots below).
Steps to reproduce
In Settings/Displays, set scale to 200%.
What happened
Have a look at the icons and note that they're half the size (or smaller) of 100% scale. On a small device, the icons are nearly impossible to recognize.
What did you expect to happen
I expect that the icons would be enlarged, not shrunk.
