Unable to click at right-top corner icons from apps

Bug summary
I'm unable to minimize, maximize or quit apps when the icons are at area of 300px(w)· 300px(h). This affects to icons bars from apps to. Nataive apps like nautilius, config menus works fine. The problem is focuses on 3rd programs like Spotify,Jetbrains,GoogleChrome,Firefox...
Unable to click this icons ( include icons from website, all websites not only facebook)
But able to click this when the application is gnome native, like nautilius (this is nautilius explorer)
Seems that the size coincides with the with of this bar. More icons more death zone

What happened
Death icon zone
What did you expect to happen
Close program, miniminize program...
Relevant logs, screenshots, screencasts etc.
If not enought I can add extra media to the issue
There is no crash
