Authentication dialog: allow empty passwords
Affected version
43.3 (on Debian Bookworm) and 44.0 (on Fedora Silverblue 38).
Bug summary
I have been given an account with an empty password, which means I'm still required to enter a password to authenticate, but the password field needs to stay empty.
I tried to change it for something stronger via Settings, which requires me logging in via Shell's authentication dialog, but the Authenticate button is insensitive when the field is empty. So I can't authenticate, and I can't change my password via Settings.
Steps to reproduce
You can easily test it by goin to Settings' Users panel, and trying to authenticate: the Authenticate button will be insensitive when the field in empty.
