Expandible Quick Settings Options Do Not Have Enough Space
Feature summary
This is an improvement over the existing functionality of the Quick Settings panel. Sometimes, when expansible quick settings near the button are expanded, some of the options are cut out. This is more likely to happen for small screens (laptop) and/or when there are a lot of quick settings toggles (more than 6 vertically). This can also be replicated by having a scaling on the screen.

How would you like it to work
When the expanding a quick setting, all the options should be available. This can be achieved by expanding the option into a new screen similar to context menus across Gnome or the properties window in Files. This would mean that there are no unnecessary options behind the currently focused option making the interface cleaner and less space would have been wasted.

In the example bellow, each entry opens the option in a new page in the same window instead of expanding the window with new options. Expanding a quick settings should do a similar thing.

Windows 11 shows this perfectly. In this example, the user can expand the WiFi settings which opens the WiFi options in a new page. The user can then press the back button to go back.
