Resizing with Super-middle button moves workspace
Affected version
- Debian Sid
- Gnome Shell: 43.0-2
- Wayland
Bug summary
Resizing a window with Super-MiddleButton moves workspace to the left.
Steps to reproduce
- Hold down Super Key
- Hold down middle button of your mouse in a window
- Move mouse to enlarge the window
- Move mouse to shrink the window (at this time, workspace moves)
What happened
When I resize a window (either native, Nautilus, or xwayland, Emacs) with Super + Mouse middle button, the workspace moves to the left. If you are in the left-most workspace, it doesn't move. In any other, it moves one left.
What did you expect to happen
It stays in the same workspace.

Enlarging it doesn't move but shrinking does. In the screencast, I've hold down super, then move mouse down right to enlarge, then up left to shrink. At shrinking, the workspace moves.
Left bottom corner, your can see the output of journal -f
