gnome-shell cab grab mouse and never release it
gnome-shell cab grab mouse and never release it
When this happens, all click mouse events stop going through to any programs.
As a workaround, we use the following command that can temporarily solve the problem.
setxkbmap -option grab:break_actions
xdotool key XF86Ungrab
We can see that the grab state is in gnome-shell with the following command:
# xdotool key "XF86LogGrabInfo"
