White grid lines in dark mode

Bug summary
In Dark Mode there are white grid lines that cut up the windows & draw a white border around the window.
Dark mode is not 'negative mode' - things should become darker, not inverted.
Steps to reproduce
- boot fedora 36 beta live, as provided.
What happened
There is a white borderline around the gtk4 apps & in some windows (eg: settings) there are grid lines that cut up the window in an odd looking way.
What did you expect to happen
For things to be darker in Dark mode. Darker border & darker lines.
Relevant logs, screenshots, screencasts etc.
In the image below you can see a white border around & white grid lines in the gtk4 GEdit & Settings, but Files is normal.
