Unmanaged wifi interfaces should not be shown in the top bar menu.
Affected version
OS and Version: Fedora 36 prerelease, GNOME 42 Beta.
Bug summary
I have set the wifi interface to unmanaged in networkmanager as I would like to use Hostapd to setup a wifi AP (networkmanager's AP currently has issues with authentication due to some reason), however the wifi interface is still shown at the top bar menu (without the name). It is not shown in settings, and showing it in top bar menu provides no useful features, so it's desirable that it should not be shown there.
Steps to reproduce
- set the wifi interface to unmanaged in networkmanager configuration file.
- restart GNOME.
What happened
The unmanaged wifi interface is still shown in the top bar menu.
What did you expect to happen
The unmanaged wifi interface should not be shown.
