[Magnifier] Magnified Pointer Offset from Actual Pointer

GNOME 40 and 41 on Fedora 34, Ubuntu 21.10 and Ubuntu 22.04 (prerelease).
Bug summary
When using the GNOME shell magnifier on a Wayland session the magnified mouse pointer is offset to the right of the actual pointer.
Steps to reproduce
- Enable GNOME shell magnifier with Super + Alt + 8.
- Carefully position the pointer over a easily identifiable point on the screen such as text character or icon.
- Toggle the magnifier off again sith the same shortcut.
What happened
The position of the magnified pointer and the "real" pointer will differ slightly.
What did you expect to happen
The pointers should be in precisely the same potion. The issue is most noticeable when selecting text in a document of web page.
