New Fedora 33 install with Nvidia
The screen brightness is linked to how much brightness is on the screen. If I close browser windows (bright), the screen will dim. If go to the top corner left corner, I'll get more background and the screen will dim.
This dimming is everywhere, including the top tool bar. It fades, if that matters.
Using a light background = no dimming observed.
Animations / nightlight are turned off, but same behavior when on.
