40: Dragging an application icon from bottom dash to another workspace ends up on first workspace
Was looking at how to update https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-user-docs/-/blob/master/gnome-help/C/shell-apps-open.page which says:

You can launch an application in a separate

by dragging its icon from
the dash, and dropping it onto one of the workspaces on the right-hand
side of the screen. The application will open in the chosen
workspace.

You can launch an application in a new workspace by dragging
its icon to the empty workspace at the bottom of the workspace
switcher, or to the small gap between two workspaces.

Code seems to be multi-broken in 40~beta
:
- Initially cannot drag a non-running application from bottom dash onto small workspace preview panel below search field because there is no small workspace preview panel if I only use one workspace
- Dragging a non-running application from bottom dash onto the second workspace partially shown on the right still puts the application window onto the first workspace
- Having application windows opened on two workspaces, and dragging a non-running application from bottom dash onto a different workspace shown in small workspace preview panel below search field, the window still ends up on the current workspace
- Having application windows opened on two workspaces, and dragging a non-running application from bottom dash onto a different workspace shown in small workspace preview panel below search field, the window still ends up on the current workspace
- Having application windows opened on two workspaces, and dragging a non-running application from bottom dash onto the area between two workspaces in small workspace preview panel below search field, shows an animation as if a fresh new workspace was created inbetween, but window still ends up on the current workspace and gnome-shell crashed (filed as mutter#1661)
