Accessibility feature: apply screen reader to selected text via hot key
Feature summary
MacOS has the ability to apply the screen reader to selected text when a hot key is pressed.
How would you like it to work
Inside of the accessibility settings when you click on screen reader it already opens a modal dialogue with the radio button to enable it. I would like to see this additional option placed underneath that radio dialogue. It should contain "Read selected text when hot key is pressed" or similar. I believe the hot key should be configurable from this menu, though I believe it is acceptable if it is not which if that is the case the text should indicate what key I should press.

I was recently told by someone that this accessibility feature is a key feature for them on MacOS.
I'd love to see this implemented in gnome-shell. Not sure if this is the correct place to file this feature request but I saw other bugs / features around accessibility here, sorry if this was incorrect.
For reference here is the MacOS version of this setting.
