Framerate degrades significantly after display turns off and machine is woken up
I don't have a 100% repro for this, but it seems like if my screen goes blank, but I don't have auto lock on, sometimes, when I wake my screen up, gnome's framerate will be severely degraded. An alt+f2 r
fixes this.
This just started happening. At first I thought it was the xanmod kernel I was trying out, but it happens with Ubuntu mainline 5.7.6 as well. I believe I just updated to gnome-shell 3.36.3 and I had not seen this behavior prior.
