Dock first click is not handled. Nothing clickable if open 'calendar and appointments' and move mouse away.
Affected version
- 3.36.2
- X11
Bug summary
Nothing clickable if open 'calendar and appointments' and move mouse away.
I put Dock in title because the most annoying use-case with this this bug is when open 'calendar and appointments' than move mouse and click to 'Activities' than my Dock is unusable for the first click.
Steps to reproduce
See attached screen recording as well.
- Click to 'calendar and appointments' (date & time in top-bar)
- Move mouse very left to 'Activities' (the 'calendar and appointments' going to disappear)
- Move mouse down from top-bar or click to 'Activities'
What happened
Now the mouse handler is stolen and no application nor Gnome-shell not get updates from mouse location or click.
After move mouse from 'calendar and appointments' to 'Activities' the 'calendar and appointments' maybe just hidden but still opened and steal all mouse update.
After the one click to mouse get back to normal behavior.
What did you expect to happen
This is one solution I think is what everybody except: Close or destroy 'calendar and appointments' after click to 'Activities'.
