Different scaling on monitors result in low quality textures
The setup is simple, 1 monitor at 100%, another monitor at e.g. 125%.
Expected result:
- If a window overlaps the high-res screen, it is rendered at 200%
- Window should look reasonably good (maybe a bit more blurry) on 100%
Actual result:
- Window is correctly rendered at 200%
- Downscaled version is messed up; kinda looks like it is scaled down to 50% and scaled up to 100% again with e.g. nearest neighbour
This is a current F31.
The left monitor is at 125% in the screenshot. Both windows overlap, and font looks bad on the right monitor.
