gnome became unresponsive with mouse having high polling rates
Hello,
I'm having problem with gnome, which happens even with different distributions on different machines (tested on Dell with Manjaro and Asus with Fedora, one without dedicated GPU, second with). Long time I don't know what is cause, but today I connect only mouse (without monitor, which I originally think was cause) and it happends again.
Biggest difference of (random) mouse and the mouse with problem is probably high polling rate. Same random mouse I ordered on random site is having polling rate about 128 Hz, but mouse I'm having problem is having polling rate up to 1000 Hz. (checked on site: https://zowie.benq.com/en/support/mouse-rate-checker.html )
Maybe there are other causes, but I can't tell. I'm just sure the mouse is problem. More info about mouse: https://www.legitreviews.com/mad-catz-rat-te-gaming-mouse-review_139257
Main symptoms are that switching windows is hard (system key and left upper border is unresponsive, only alt-tab works, and only partially. Also moving and scaling windows is not possible. It happens like thirty seconds after connecting problematic mouse and dissapper right away after disconecting.
