"Show applications" and some gnome-shell animations are in 10 fps
Default applications menu is already useless (no categories, no search by categories, just full of big icons), but it make some gnome shell animations laggy until I reset configuration system with dconf reset -f /
.
I just want to understand why I need to occasionally reset configuration system, close the session and reopen it (no alt-f2 "r" with wayland) to regain more fluid animation after make the mistake of open the application menu.
Why I need the reset configuration system on a fresh install to temporarily obtain a fluid gnome-shell.
